COVID-19 (Medium-sized countries) – 2022/06/01
Things are looking good in all the medium-sized countries. South Africa’s number of daily cases per million has dropped to 52, which means that the country is close to being officially out of the fifth wave.

About
This is a blog where I would like to share some of my ideas about contemporary mission. I have more than 38 years experience as a full-time missionary in Swaziland, have done a PhD on the theology of mission – specifically on the relationship between mission and eschatology – and am presently specialising in the problem of HIV/AIDS and how the church should approach this problem. Since 2020 I have also developed an interest in COVID-19, specifically in the touch points between people’s response to AIDS and COVID-19, as well as keeping an eye on how the virus and subsequent mortalities develop around the world. You are welcome to respond and share your ideas on this blog.
